Digital impressions

The iTero digital scanner creates a 3D digital scan of our patients’ teeth and bite. Real time adjustments can be made on preparations resulting in more accurate restorations, virtually eliminating the need for remakes to less than 0.5%. Digital impressions are more patient friendly than traditional impressions resulting in an all around better patient experience.

Digital x-rays

Dexis digtal radiographs allow for instantaneous visualization of radiographs, allowing both doctor and patient to review them together. The digital images can be computer enhanced to better display the images, resulting in increased detection of any dental problems that may exist. According to the American Dental Association (ADA), digital radiographs offer an added benefit of a 40-60% reduction in radiation exposure when compared to traditional x-rays.

Intra-oral photos

The intra-oral camera allows our patients to view their teeth before, during, and after procedures. The use of intra-oral photos enables us to show our patients the problem being addressed before it is treated.

Digital charting

Our office is fully equipped with the Dentrix digital dental software program. Digital charting provides quick access to our patients’ radiographs, treatment plans, chart notes, and any other necessary information to provide the highest quality of oral health care.

Digital photography

Digital photos allow for better communication with the dental lab technicians during fabrication of restorations, resulting in the most esthetic restorations possible.
